TICKET MASTER

An easy-to-use Microsoft Windows application that monitors a modem or serial line for call tickets. When tickets are received, Ticket Master can be configured to do one or more of the following actions:

  • The ticket can be printed to any printer available under Windows.
  • The ticket can be saved as a file in a specified subdirectory on your hard disk.
  • The ticket can be saved and indexed into a database if you have purchased the OCS TicketPro Database Module.

In addition to processing tickets while unattended, Ticket Master provides a ticket browsing facility. By pressing the Browse button on the tool bar, or selecting Browse Tickets from the File menu, you can view or print any ticket received. Browsing is available for any tickets received and saved to disk.

Requirements
Ticket Master runs best on systems that meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Processor: Pentium 1 Processor or above
  • RAM: 32 Megabytes
  • Disk: 4 Megabyte plus space for inbound tickets
  • Printer: Optional
  • O/S: Windows 95, Windows NT
  • Modem: Hayes Compatible
